Preferred lies and fairway mats

Due to the recent extreme wet weather conditions the greens committee have implemented the following instructions
Preferred lies will be in operation from Monday 26th October.
Would all golfers please ensure any ball landing on the cut areas of the winter greens are lifted and dropped at the nearest point of relief.
The optional use of fairway mats is also allowed; the compulsory use of fairway mats will come into force on December 1st.
